Visa® Check Card with Rewards

Here’s the card that can simplify your life. It works like a check and it doubles as your ATM card. And, since it’s part of the Visa network, you can use it at any Visa merchant to make purchases.

When you use your check card to make a purchase, the transaction is automatically deducted from your checking account. There’s no need for you to write a check or carry cash. Your check card even doubles as your ATM card, allowing you to make deposits*, cash withdrawals, transfers and access account information. You can view your check card transactions described in detail on your monthly checking statement and through Southern Bank Online Banking. You can also access your money at ATMs around the world displaying the STAR®, PLUS®, or Visa® logos. Now it’s more rewarding than ever.

Our new Rewards program powered by ScoreCard® helps you make the most of the dollars you spend using your Southern Bank Visa Check Card. Every time you use your check card to make a qualified purchase, you earn Points redeemable for travel, brand-name merchandise and more.**

Use your check card for your everyday purchases such as gas, groceries, shopping and dining and receive Bonus Points. Authorize your purchase with your signature and you’ll receive one point for every $2 you spend. Authorize your purchase with your PIN and you’ll earn one point for every $10 you spend. It’s that simple – and the points add up fast!
